Where do you deliver?

We deliver to Canada with Free Standard Shipping. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

How long does delivery take?

Processing takes 1–3 business days and transit takes 5–12 business days. Estimated total delivery is 6–15 business days. The order cutoff is 5:00 PM Mountain Time (MST/MDT), Monday to Friday. See the Shipping Policy for details.

Can I return an item?

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Eligible items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with any supplied tags or labels. Returns are by mail. You pay ordinary return postage; we handle or reimburse return postage for damaged, defective or incorrect items. No restocking fee applies.

How do exchanges work?

Return the eligible item and place a new order. We do not process direct exchanges.

When will I receive my refund?

After the return is received, inspected and approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing can take additional time.

Can gold-decorated pieces go in the microwave?

No. Pieces with gold decoration must not be microwaved. Gentle hand washing helps preserve the gold finish. Always follow the care instructions for the specific product.

Will my piece look exactly like the photograph?

Shape, glaze and speckling can vary slightly between ceramic pieces. Each product page describes the item included in the price; display props and extra pieces in photographs are not included.
