We deliver to Canada. Free Standard Shipping is available at CAD $0 per order.
Our order cutoff is 5:00 PM Mountain Time (MST/MDT, America/Denver), Monday to Friday. Orders received after the cutoff, on weekends or on public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
- Processing: 1–3 business days.
- Transit after dispatch: 5–12 business days.
- Estimated total delivery: 6–15 business days.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. These are estimated timeframes; weather, carrier disruption or address issues can affect delivery.
Tracking and delivery help
Use the shipment tracking link provided with your dispatch confirmation to follow the parcel. If you need help with delivery or entered an incorrect address, contact Lunora customer support with your order number. An address change may not be possible after dispatch.
