Refund policy

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery, including if you change your mind. Returns are made by mail.

Return condition

Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition and securely packed, with original packaging and any supplied tags or labels. The unused-condition requirement does not prevent you from reporting an item that arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

How to return an item

Email Lunora customer support with your order number and the item you wish to return.
We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please contact us before sending a parcel; the registered business address is not automatically the return location.
Pack the ceramic securely and return it by mail according to those instructions. Keep your postage receipt and tracking details.

Return shipping costs

For a standard change-of-mind return, you pay the return postage. For an item that arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we arrange the return or reimburse the agreed reasonable return shipping cost. Contact us first so that we can explain the next step; do not pay to return a damaged item before receiving instructions.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos of the item and packaging can help us resolve it. Keep the packaging until we advise whether a return is needed.

Fees and refunds

We do not charge a restocking fee. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will tell you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the credit.
