Terms of Sale

These sale terms apply to orders placed with Lunora, operated by ROSA LEE LLC, for delivery to Canada.

Products and prices

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD). The quantity, selected options and included items appear on the product page and in the cart. Unless described as a set, the price is for one item. Any applicable taxes and other order charges must be shown before you complete checkout. Free Standard Shipping is CAD $0.

Placing an order

Check the selected product, quantity, contact details and delivery address before placing an order. Payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. We will send an order confirmation to the email address you provide. Contact us promptly if you notice an error; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Delivery

We deliver to Canada. Free Standard Shipping is available at CAD $0 per order.

Our order cutoff is 5:00 PM Mountain Time (MST/MDT, America/Denver), Monday to Friday. Orders received after the cutoff, on weekends or on public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Processing: 1–3 business days.
Transit after dispatch: 5–12 business days.
Estimated total delivery: 6–15 business days.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. These are estimated timeframes; weather, carrier disruption or address issues can affect delivery.

Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery under our Return and Refund Policy. Standard return postage is paid by the customer. We handle or reimburse return postage for damaged, defective or incorrect goods. There is no restocking fee. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after return inspection and approval. Exchanges are handled by returning an eligible item and placing a new order.

Availability and errors

If a confirmed order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and refund payment for the unavailable item. These terms do not limit rights that apply under mandatory consumer protection law.
